We offer a marketing and creative position in a fast-growing dynamic marketing environment with the opportunity to work for large international clients supported by an enthusiastic and dedicated team.
We are hiring an Account Director based in Barcelona to support our clients in the development of trade marketing campaigns goodies & POS and digital trade marketing campaigns, mainly in the mobile industry sector.
You will have a key role in managing major accounts for the agency, developing projects from conceptualization to market launch, and ensuring excellence at every stage. This position involves managing clients mainly in France/Europe, and therefore requires strong French and English language skills.
Missions
Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, the Account Director is managing a Project Manager, and will have the following responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, based on trust, and offering a high level of support and service
• Own your perimeter: build and manage your pipeline, monitor sales performance, detect business opportunities, identify areas of improvement
• Business Development to develop your perimeter with currents clients and new clients
• Meet your local clients on a regular basis, and travel in other countries occasionally
• Manage multiple projects at the same time - important skills: organization, multitasking & priority management
• Lead projects from creation to delivery
• Reception and understanding of client's briefs and needs
• Add value to the client's information to give a clear brief to our creative studio and production team
• Lead the design & assets creation with the Design Team
• Sourcing of products, contact with suppliers, negotiation
• Client presentations, quotations & timeline
• Solution research with designers and production team
Your profile
• Minimum 4 years' experience in marketing and/or project management
• Experience in goodies & POS and digital campaigns is much appreciated
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong belief in organization and rigor
• See problems as challenges to be solutions' driven
• Creativity and a keen eye for innovation
• Willing to learn and take responsibility
• Fluent in French and in English is mandatory
• Available as soon as possible in Barcelona
• Master's degree in marketing, project management, or a related field
