What you will do in this role
* Update the existing customer database (identify the right decision maker).
* Reach out to key contacts and qualify their interest for the two value propositions: business travel and meetings/events.
* Transfer qualified leads to our internal client sales teams (“group desks”) to schedule meetings.
* Develop the sales and profitability of the customer portfolio according to account plans, portfolio & marketing plans, and country sales strategy.
* Improve customer experience through proactive sales work.
* Manage the client portfolio.
Qualifications
* Bilingual or proficient in Norwegian and English.
* Experience in prospecting and B2B customer management.
* Expertise in inside sales B2B activities.
* Outstanding negotiation skills (e.g., reactivating sleeping customers, prospect and lead qualification, scheduling meetings, product and solutions presentation).
* Self‑motivated and proactive attitude to develop new prospects and close deals.
* Ability to understand client needs and learn quickly.
* Knowledge or interest in the hotel industry (desired).
