Role Overview
You as PSS Manager will be responsible for the operational elements of new and existing partnership stores in Spain and Portugal. Your role involves developing, implementing, and communicating processes, plans, and briefings to support the country teams in operating and growing their PSS business. You will drive operational development of partnership stores and ensure organic growth from existing stores.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and communicate operational concepts and procedures.
* Collaborate with Retail departments to ensure seamless process integration and sharing of best practices.
* Build store P&L from scratch and manage store budgets based on financial parameters.
* Manage franchising partnerships in Spain and Portugal, preferably in footwear.
* Assist in market strategy development for PSS and support in evaluating and recruiting new partners.
* Coordinate with buying groups and mall operators for new store locations.
* Work with Construction, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teams for new store openings.
* Oversee the approval process and contract issuance with Legal Department.
* Provide forecasts, budgets, and estimates for PSS stakeholders.
* Manage communication processes with stakeholders, including store layout and seasonal training materials.
* Develop seasonal product assortments aligned with brand strategies.
* Manage local Partnership Stores Coordinators and responsible teams.
* Distribute retail training on product knowledge and selling concepts.
* Analyze data to improve store performance and KPIs.
* Build strong relationships with country teams and business partners for operational efficiency.
Skills for Success
* Bachelor's degree
* Outstanding interpersonal skills
* Effective planning, organization, and project management abilities
* Decision-making skills with limited guidance
* Ability to develop diverse relationships internally and externally
* Proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis
* Understanding of financial parameters and budgeting
* Experience managing franchising partnerships in footwear industry in Spain and Portugal
* Fluency in English and another European language is desirable
