Main Goal:
Influence customers to develop the category of contact lenses by generating new users.
Change the mindset of eye care professionals (ECPs) and owners from passive to proactive about contact lenses.
Critical Capabilities:
* Analyze businesses and identify opportunities.
* Understand customer needs and channel-specific requirements.
* Develop the category of contact lenses using basic tools like customer journey mapping, POS management, and data analysis.
* Execute Joint Business Planning (JBP) in key areas (KAs).
* Buid the Misight category and encourage ECPs to improve children's lives.
* Coverage planning and sales process execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop good relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, and sales staff.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary.
* Add value to the team as a member.
* Understand CooperVision programs and utilize them effectively.
* Complete reporting and administrative duties.
* Maintain knowledge of products, CooperVision, and competitors.
* Attend conferences and training sessions as required.
