The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements
* Availability
* Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week.
* Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as certain holidays.
* Hours may increase during peak times to support business needs.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred
* At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
* No supervisory / management experience required
* Fluency in English & Spanish (CEFR B2 level) required
