Position
Global Solutions Advisor – based in Spain, with occasional travel to the Barcelona office.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales opportunities from self‑generated leads, marketing lists, and warm leads.
- Manage own portfolio of prospects, ensuring growth and engagement.
- Plan and execute targeted sales activities to exceed targets.
- Own the full sales journey from identifying prospects to closing deals.
- Engage HR, Finance, and C‑Suite stakeholders to build compelling business cases.
- Develop and present customised proposals, leading contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain a reliable pipeline and forecast sales accurately.
- Collaborate with channel partners on lead performance.
- Respond to sales enquiries via email, phone, and client visits.
- Stay up‑to‑date on HR and integral employment trends.
- Represent Safeguard Global at industry events to expand the network.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B consultative sales, ideally in HR Tech, Payroll, SaaS, or EOR solutions.
- Native Dutch and strong English language skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision‑makers.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to take ownership independently.
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that create real value.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and partners.
- Curious mindset that seeks to deeply understand each client’s needs.
