WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Participate in the development of the maintenance plan and related projects within the framework of preventive and predictive maintenance of equipment, machinery, and installations. Take part in the implementation and optimization of the CO₂ platform, leading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring that investments in material and human resources generate tangible and measurable returns
* Lead the implementation, development, and maintenance of the CO₂ platform within existing systems and infrastructures.
* Identify opportunities for operational, technical, and energy improvement related to CO₂ use and management.
* Conduct cost-benefit analyses for each improvement proposal, ensuring that the investment is more than compensated by the benefits generated.
* Coordinate with other departments (Production, Environment, R&D, etc.) to ensure effective integration of solutions.
* Supervise technical staff involved in new implementations and ensure proper training.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance, efficiency, and sustainability.
* Ensure regulatory compliance in safety, environment, and energy efficiency matters.
REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
* Previous experience:
More than 2 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in environments with advanced energy management.
* Knowledge of emission management platforms or energy efficiency projects, ideally related to CO₂.
* Proven ability to lead technical projects and justify investments through economic analysis.
* Proficiency in maintenance management tools (CMMS), data analysis, and technical report writing.
* High level of English
* Teamwork skills.
