Professional Construction Project Manager responsible for the delivery of transport-related infrastructure projects within highly regulated, safety-critical environments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
Positively engaging with Customers and developing, growing and maintaining Customer relationships.
Delivering high-quality services and ensuring that project management and/or programme management deliverables meet Customers' requirements and business procedures.
Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent or project manager.
Producing and presenting to customers
Preparing bids for services.
Managing service delivery for profit.
Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance. Remaining in the remit of your role and when additional responsibilities need to be carried out, conduct this in a fully informed manner with the approval of your line manager.

Who we're looking for:
Experience, Knowledge And Key Skills
Demonstrated experience managing construction projects in Spain.
Experience managing transport-related projects (airports, terminals, rail infrastructure, transport hubs, etc).
Knowledge of national technical requirements applied to the construction sector.
Clear understanding of legislation impacting building contracts in Spain.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills.
Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Eligible to work in Spain.
