As a Business Development Manager at Aexus, you will be responsible for introducing three highly innovative software technology solutions to the UK market.

You will work on new business activities with your SaaS partners at a strategic level, starting with:

* Defining joint go-to-market strategies and business plans.
* Managing multi-level sales processes from initial contact to closure.
* Building relationships with partners and prospects.
* Guiding partners in identifying verticals, ICPs, developing propositions, and market positioning.

You will be supported by your Sales Manager and Inside Sales Support team throughout this process.

Requirements

* A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in a B2B full sales cycle role, preferably within the tech/SaaS sector.
* Strong understanding of the UK market and business culture.
* Experience with online prospecting, lead generation, cold-calling, and a passion for sales and closing deals.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (native level preferred).
* Goal-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
* Creative thinker with an interest in innovative and disruptive technologies.
* Independent self-starter capable of operating autonomously and collaborating as part of a team.
