At Crovelis, the CRO division of Insud Pharma, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a Clinical Project Manager to join our team and lead the operational management of international clinical studies.
We are looking for someone with solid experience in clinical research and project management, capable of driving studies forward while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring timelines, quality standards, budgets, and regulatory compliance are successfully met.

🔎 What will you do?
• Lead and coordinate assigned clinical projects from an operational perspective
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Data Management, Biostatistics, QA and external vendors
• Support study planning, risk management, timelines and budget tracking
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs and applicable regulations
• Participate in study feasibility, site selection and project oversight activities
• Contribute to stakeholder communication, study reporting and project governance
• Support TMF oversight, audit readiness and study close-out activities
• Work closely with CRAs, CTAs and international teams across multiple regions
🎯 What are we looking for?
✔ 4–5+ years of experience in Clinical Research
âś” Previous experience as Clinical Project Manager or in similar project management roles
âś” Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial regulations
âś” International and multicountry study experience highly valued
âś” Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills
âś” Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environments
âś” Advanced English level
