Your Mission
In this role, your primary mission is to be the first point of contact for our Finnish players. Specifically, you will ensure they receive exceptional service while maintaining the high standards of our brands.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will handle the following duties:
* Support: You will assist customers via live chat and email in both Finnish and English.
* Problem Solving: You will resolve player inquiries regarding accounts, payments, and technical issues efficiently.
* Verification: You will assist with KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures and verify player documents.
* Collaboration: You will work closely with the Payments and Fraud/Risk teams to ensure a secure gaming environment.
* Translation: You will help translate and localize content for the Finnish market when needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you need to bring the following:
* Language: You must be a Native Finnish speaker and have Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
* Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service is required. Ideally, you have experience in the iGaming industry.
* Skills: You have strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
* Flexibility: You are willing to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays, to support our 24/7 operations.
* Attitude: You are a team player who is positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
