Overview
GMV Tres Cantos, Community of Madrid, Spain. We are expanding our corporate IT team to work on Space, Defense, and Security projects. We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our team in Tres Cantos to maintain, develop, operate and manage incidents across GMV network infrastructure, including corporate and business networks. This role is suited for network engineers interested in international projects.
Responsibilities
- Managing incidents and requests related to GMV network infrastructure
- Routing, switching, and firewall rules
- Rack cabling, network equipment installation, and deployments across our various offices
Qualifications
- Experience in network incident management
- Basic networking knowledge (CCNA level)
- VLAN configuration and firewall rules
- Knowledge of Aruba, Cisco, Forcepoint / Fortinet firewalls
- Experience with dynamic routing
- Knowledge of Cisco ACI / SDN (Software-defined Networks), SD-WAN, and DCIM systems
- CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus
