Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing new customers and establishing distribution channels in the passenger car or truck tyre sector;
Collaborating with management team to develop and implement new sales strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotions;
Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with customers;
Building long-term relationships with customers, develop annual sales plan, tracking and reporting customer order and shipping plan, and identifying how to improve;
Coordinating with the internal team to ensure order delivery, customer credit management, and customer satisfaction;
Meet the company’s sales target, including increasing sales volume and market share;
Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and tyre industry changes;
Attending industry trade shows and other relevant market events;
Completing additional tasks assigned by headquarters;
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, logistics, or a related field;
At least 5 years of sales experience in the tyre industry (TBR or PCR);
Passionate about sales with excellent communication and negotiation skills;
A good record of managing different kind of clients, including business agreements, pricing policy, annual sales plans, and long‑term partnerships;
Customer‑centric, emergency response capabilities, work planning, and execution capabilities;
Experience for FOB term and container order xpzdshu business will a plus;
Willingness to visit customer and business travel frequently;
Fluent in English, Other languages are a plus;
