Your profile Previous experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales Confident handling of customer communication via chat, email, and phone Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools Customer-focused, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communications skills in
Dutch (Level C2)
and
English (Level C1)
