To reinforce our Retail Sales Team, we are currently recruiting an Impulse & Convenience Retail Manager. Within the Sales Office Spain, you will be the main responsible for driving the sales growth and development of our strong brands, Biscoff and healthy snacking brands, through the Impulse & Convenience Retail channel in Spain.
* Translating the national brand strategy at customer level within impulse and convenience channels, by means of growth pillars such as product listings, assortment, and promotions.
* Contributing to the development of our entire portfolio in this channel and expanding our visibility opportunities, including Natural Foods and Biscuits & Bakeries.
* Establishing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with trade partners responsible for (e.g., Vicky Foods, Frit Ravich, Grefusa, Repsol, etc.).
* Developing targeted, customer-related plans with partners to achieve joint commercial objectives.
* Leading annual negotiations with customers and establishing a solid incentive plan to increase distribution and visibility within this channel.
* Building conceptual trade stories related to Impulse & Convenience Retail for our Lotus Biscoff & Natural Foods portfolio.
* Maintaining an effective network within the market and acting as a brand ambassador at customer sites, events, fairs, etc.
* Analyzing and translating relevant market data for the Impulse channel.
* Collaborating closely with Marketing and Category Management to develop and implement growth strategies.
* Monitoring and managing administrative, logistical, and financial tasks in consultation with relevant departments.
* Building sustainable customer contacts, utilizing strong analytical skills, proactive thinking, a hands-on approach, and a team-oriented mindset.
The role is based in Madrid and reports to the Retail Sales Manager.
Profile
* Master's Degree (Marketing, Commercial, Economics, Engineering)
* More than 5 years of relevant experience in Impulse & Convenience management within FMCG.
* Experience with external agencies is a plus.
* Experience in C&C channels is advantageous.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Team player with a passion for building brands.
* Balanced commercial profile: proactive in expanding distribution and nurturing partnerships.
* Proficient in Excel automation, Power BI, reporting tools, and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical skills for market and customer data analysis.
* Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Hands-on, proactive, and committed to achieving results.
