Sales Account Manager – Dental
Location: Catalunya
Kinetica is proud to be partnered with a leading dental tech company that is rapidly growing at 300% YoY and expanding in the Catalunya region. We are looking to hire a driven Sales Account Manager to identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and manage accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets by prospecting daily to identify new business opportunities.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
* Understand the company's unique value proposition and educate dental offices about it.
* Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders to drive product advocacy and brand awareness.
* Provide product education, training, and support to dental professionals, dental assistants, and office staff to ensure optimal utilization and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales initiatives, address customer needs, and resolve issues promptly.
* Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote brand visibility, network with stakeholders, and generate leads.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools.
* Travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with customers, attend meetings, and participate in events.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in Dental or Medical device sales.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and influence decision-makers.
* Strong IT knowledge and interest in technology.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Driving license and car.
* Fluent in Spanish, with strong proficiency in English and Catalan.
* Up to 50% travel.
