Responsibilities :
* Manage client relationships and own target and sales strategies.
* Act as a liaison between key customers and internal stakeholders to meet account performance goals.
* Negotiate agreements, contracts, overrides, SLAs, incentives, and marketing campaigns with partners.
* Deliver results, strategic insights, and business understanding to partners.
* Monitor strategies and initiatives, and conduct quarterly, monthly reviews, calls, and presentations.
* Identify new revenue opportunities and build business cases for prioritization.
* Propose solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.
* Create reports and conduct business analysis to identify opportunities.
* Travel quarterly for trade shows, conferences, or sales calls.
* Report to : Director of Sales.
Position requirements :
* Strong understanding of the travel industry, wholesale, and basic API / XML knowledge.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
* Excellent commercial, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Data-driven with analytical skills to inform strategy.
* Existing strong relationships with key partners (bedbanks, OTAs, TAs, TOs).
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to influence and drive action at senior levels.
* Based in Spain with remote work capability.
