You will be a key member of an Elite Team that implements best practices and tests new products and materials to enhance customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls in French, assisting customers with insurance-related services.
* Answer calls from consumers who have recently purchased an appliance and wish to register it.
* Collect and confirm all necessary details to complete the product registration.
* Explain the legal warranty terms, introduce consumer insurance, and offer additional coverage options.
* Apply effective sales techniques, address objections professionally, and guide customers through the insurance process.
* Maintain excellent customer service standards, adapt to changes, and work towards set targets.
* Provide valuable feedback on process improvements and best practices.
* Ensure accurate data entry for client registrations and insurance offerings.
* Follow compliance guidelines and company policies.
Your profile
* Fluent in French, with a good command of English and Spanish (B1 level) .
* Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional approach.
* Minimum 1 year of (tele)sales experience with strong negotiation skills.
* Dynamic, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and an excellent communicator.
* Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
