Business Developer – Innovations South Europe Do you have a proven track record in launching crop protection products and building strong networks in the agri‐sector? Are you fluent in Spanish or Italian and eager to bring innovative solutions to market? At Globachem, we are looking for a Business Developer with deep roots in the crop protection industry to help us grow our footprint in Southern Europe. Lead pre‐launch initiatives and support distributors to ensure successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations. Maintain a solid network of distributors, CROs, advisors and industry influencers in Spain and Italy and expand this network in other South‐European countries. Represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums. Select distribution partners, set pricing in collaboration with the sales manager and work closely with Sales & Marketing and other departments such as R&D;, Product Development, Regulatory and Supply Chain. Report to the Business Development Manager at our Headquarters in Belgium. At least 7 years of experience in a commercial role in crop protection and product launch. Fluent in Spanish or Italian (native level) and English; other languages are a plus. Strategic and commercial approach to managing projects.
