Client: A major premium fashion brand based in Orense / Galicia region- Spain needs to hire a:
Woven Woman Designer

Duties
- Organization, design, and production of each season's collections, in collaboration with the design, product, and sales teams.
- Trend research through trade shows, shopping trips, showrooms, competitor analyses, fashion magazines, and social media; definition of colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and volumes.
- Creation of inspiration boards and mood boards for the conceptualization of the collection.
- Design and development of garments and prints, with support for Photoshop montages and flat‑lay drawings.
- Preparation of technical sheets and coordination with pattern makers and suppliers, managing corrections and supervising prototypes.
- Comprehensive process monitoring from the first sample to the arrival of the final product, ensuring quality, specifications, and delivery dates.
- Supervision of model/mannequin fittings and analysis of manufacturing errors, proposing improvements.
- Presentation of proposals to the creative director and support in preparing schedules, buyer's books, and trade‑show materials.
- Development of supplier instructions, fabric selection, and monitoring of modifications.
- Photography and editing of prototypes for internal and external visualization.
- Gathering market feedback and analyzing sales to optimize future collections.
- Creating innovative proposals aligned with the brand’s identity and commercial needs.
- International travel for prototype development, sample selection, and supplier coordination.
Profile
- Training in fashion design (degree, diploma, or advanced training) or equivalent.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in similar positions, especially in woman’s fashion woven products design and collection development within a premium or luxury brand.
- Solid knowledge of pattern making, fabrics, tailoring, sewing, and textile techniques.
- Experience managing relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of fashion trends.
- Mastery of design and office tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Corel Draw, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel).
- High level of English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity, creative and analytical skills, and great attention to detail.
