The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry across a designated region within EMEA. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored software solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and use of our products. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.This role is designed for a hospitality professional with strong hotel operations experience who is ready to move into a commercial, active sales role. You will work independently to develop new business and strategic relationships with hotel groups, acting as a trusted advisor to senior hotel leadership while driving revenue growth.
Be involved in the development and implementation of sales and marketing projects, together with associated activities for getting potential customer's attentionProvide HRS with thorough research & analysis of the local business competition for gaining competitive edge.Involvement in the development of HRS market research and sales strategy.Acquisition of new customer leads using all available methods: phone, participation in exhibitions, events, presentationsLiaise with local customers in local language and response to international customers in English correspondenceOrganise sales and marketing events for customers.Be HRS representative for all HRS corporate interests and its Brand when liaising with customers
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry, including experience in hotel management or senior supervisory roles such as front office, operations, revenue, sales, or similar leadership positions.Hands-on experience with Opera PMS (or Opera Cloud) is essential, experience with POS systems will be a plus.Business results oriented.Show a drive and passion for improving sales.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Work from home and hybrid optionsFitness/healthy lifestyle support program
