The main purpose of this role will be to coordinate the recruitment area ensuring a high standard service for our customers, a human centric approach and an effective and purpose driven coordination of our current recruitment team. What will your day to day be like? Support the implementation of the overall recruiting strategy Ensuring an unique client and candidate experience to contribute to our organizational purpose Coordinate the recruitment team to ensure objectives and deadlines are reached Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards Source candidates by using databases and social media, evaluating and screen resumes and cover letters Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills Ensure the recruitment provides a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires What do we look for? Passion for working in a different and disruptive way, with the desire to humanize processes and change people management Focus on objectives, coherence and adventure Experience in full-cycle recruiting Experience in a similar position, preferably in a consulting company, will be a plus Knowledge and use of tools such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter Ability to work under pressure and coordinate high volume of work Experience and desire to collaborate to develop our company and help us go further Professional English, good level of Spanish, valuable other European language What do we offer?
