One of our main pillars at Ethikos is the Recruitment Service, and that's why we're looking for a person to join us as **Recruitment Coordinator.** The main purpose of this role will be to coordinate the recruitment area ensuring a high standard service for our customers, a human centric approach and an effective and purpose driven coordination of our current recruitment team.

**What will your day to day be like?** 
- Support the implementation of the overall recruiting strategy 
- Coordinate the recruitment team to ensure objectives and deadlines are reached 
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards 
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions 
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires 
**What do we look for?** 
- Passion for working in a different and disruptive way, with the desire to humanize processes and change people management 
- Focus on objectives, coherence and adventure 
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting 
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in a consulting company, will be a plus 
- Knowledge and use of tools such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter 
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate high volume of work 
- Experience and desire to collaborate to develop our company and help us go further 
- Professional English, good level of Spanish, valuable other European language
