The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a junior role designed for individuals seeking to start or grow their sales careers. The main responsibilities include finding and qualifying leads by prospecting within new and existing clients. The SDR will use outbound phone calls, email, video, and social media to reach decision-makers within predefined targets, and will make outbound calls to set appointments for sales teams.
