Nuclio Talent is looking for a Marketing Manager for a fast-growing international fintech company specializing in financial wellbeing solutions. The role involves executing client lifecycle campaigns, managing the company's digital presence, supporting partner and group marketing initiatives, and localizing global campaigns for the Spanish market.
The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager in London and the COO.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute B2B2C client lifecycle communications, including launch packs, campaign packs, and adoption comms.
* Create multi-channel content (website, email, social media, in-app notifications, posters).
* Localise UK campaigns for the Spanish market.
* Maintain and update website and LinkedIn with product updates, campaigns, and relevant content.
* Implement basic SEO/SEM strategies and ensure consistent brand presence across digital channels.
* Manage brand guidelines, templates, designs, and develop sales enablement and internal comms collateral.
* Organise and deliver webinars to drive lead generation and reinforce brand positioning in financial wellbeing.
* Support company participation in HR and client events, including logistics and marketing materials.
* Develop client case studies by collaborating with Customer Success and Product Marketing, turning insights into impactful sales and marketing collateral.
* Conduct competitor and market research to monitor trends, product launches, and positioning in EWA/fintech/HR tech.
Previous Experience and Qualifications
* Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
* Based in Barcelona.
* Hands-on marketing generalist with a breadth of skills across content, digital, and
* campaign execution.
* Curious, proactive, and independent – comfortable owning their own remit without daily management.
