At Factorial we're looking for a new Customer Support Associate DACH Market to help us boost the company to the next level.

What you’ll do:
* Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationships with existing customers.
* Problem-solving: Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket/phone/email/chat.
* Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client. Assist with basic troubleshooting.
* Provide information about products/services/policies.
* Document Interactions.
Your Profile
* Expert level of German and English proficient speaker.
* You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop.
* You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
* Excellence in communicating and problem-solving.
* You are a team player.
* Previous experience dealing with Customers is a plus!
