About The Role We are looking for a highly motivated SMB Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth in the Spanish market. You will be responsible for acquiring new small and medium-sized business customers, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with prospects. This role requires a proactive salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys identifying opportunities, engaging with customers, and closing deals.

You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of mid-sized clients across sectors such as vending, laundromats, EV charging, gas stations and unattended retail. What You’ll Do Sales & relationships Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the SMB segment in Spain

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals

Conduct product demos and present tailored solutions to prospective customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize the sales process

Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Provide market insights and customer feedback to internal teams Market intelligence Act as “eyes on the market”

Share insights with Product, Marketing and Leadership

Spot trends, new opportunities and gaps where we can improve What We’re Looking For 3–5 years experience in SaaS Account Management, Business Developer or Sales

Strong commercial mindset — comfortable upselling and negotiating

Organized, structured and hands-on with day-to-day operations

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Ops and Tech

Languages: Spanish and English (mandatory), Italian or Portuguese is a strong plus

Availability to travel Nice to have Experience in payments, fintech or unattended retail

Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
