This is a high-autonomy, performance-driven role with direct impact on capital growth. Key ResponsibilitiesbrIdentify and execute cross-exchange, triangular, and funding rate arbitrage opportunities. brMonitor spreads between spot, perpetual futures, and quarterly futures markets. brManage capital allocation across multiple exchanges and counterparties. brOptimize execution speed and minimize slippage and transaction costs. brImplement structured risk controls, including exposure and counterparty limits. brAnalyze order book depth, liquidity conditions, and volatility regimes. brTrack performance metrics, capital efficiency, and Sharpe ratio improvements. RequirementsbrProven experience executing crypto arbitrage strategies with real capital. brStrong understanding of exchange mechanics, funding rates, basis spreads, and liquidity fragmentation. brExperience managing API-based or automated execution systems. brAdvanced risk management discipline with tight drawdown control. brAbility to operate independently in a fully remote structure. brStrong quantitative and analytical skills. brProfessional proficiency in English.
