Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Market Research Project Manager to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.
As a Global Services Primary Market Research Project Manager, you will support the Customer Insights Manager in executing global primary market research initiatives. Your responsibilities include managing all process-related activities throughout the full project lifecycle of Primary Market Research studies at Boehringer Ingelheim.
This encompasses processes related to global purchasing, archiving, compliance, and coordination with local affiliates to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and valuable insights generation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing detailed project process plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
* Overseeing and managing the efficient execution of projects, ensuring timeliness and compliance, and supporting procurement activities.
* Communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders such as procurement, Pharmacovigilance, Non-Trial Activities, and local affiliates.
* Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans.
* Managing standard projects within a complex international setting with an agile, problem-solving approach.
* Ensuring compliance with global processes impacting insights generation, such as Non-Trial Activities and Pharmacovigilance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years) in Healthcare Marketing, Primary or Secondary Market Research, or project management roles.
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMI, Prince2, Agile) is advantageous.
* 1-3 years of professional project management experience in regulated industries.
* Knowledge of market research, international experience, and cultural awareness are highly valued.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently and build relationships in a multicultural environment.
