Team Lead – Baseline Fitness
Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience.
Responsibilities
Train and develop staff.
Oversee member service to ensure high quality customer experience.
Handle front desk tasks including answering phone calls politely, recording information calls, checking members in, signing up, processing cancellations, and updating member account information.
Conduct gym tours for potential members.
Resolve member service issues and questions.
Support team management and provide backup to the Club Manager.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Maintain a positive club image.
Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
Manage marketing efforts and keep staff trained on current promotions.
Order and track supplies, inventory, and related reports.

Minimum Qualifications
Honesty and strong work ethic.

Basic computer proficiency.
Physical Demands
Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
