Airline Pilot – First Officer (A320)

A First Officer (A320) is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of commercial passenger flights as part of a multi-crew flight deck team. This role works closely with the Captain to ensure all phases of flight are conducted in accordance with aviation regulations, airline operating procedures, and safety standards.
The First Officer plays a critical role in flight preparation, navigation monitoring, communication, and decision support, while actively developing toward future command responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Captain in all phases of flight operations, including pre-flight planning, navigation, and post-flight procedures
Ensure strict compliance with airline SOPs and international aviation regulations
Continuously monitor aircraft position, weather conditions, terrain, and flight systems
Provide clear, timely communication and operational input to the Captain
Support safe and efficient decision-making during all stages of flight
Maintain professional standards of conduct, discipline, and appearance at all times
Assume command in the event of Captain incapacitation, in line with procedures
Operate as part of a high-performance, multi-crew international flight deck team
Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
Candidates must meet one of the following flight experience criteria:
Option A
Minimum 2,000 total flight hours
Minimum 1,500 hours in multi-crew, glass cockpit aircraft
Minimum 500 hours on A320 type
Option B
Minimum 1,500 total flight hours
Minimum 1,000 hours on Airbus A320 family aircraft
General Eligibility
Recent experience on Airbus A320 family aircraft (within last 12 months)
Valid A320 type rating (minimum 2 months validity at time of joining)
Valid ICAO state-issued ATPL or frozen ATPL equivalent
Valid Class 1 medical certificate (unrestricted)
ICAO English Level 4 or higher
Ability to operate in a multi-crew international airline environment
