Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the ORBIT platform enhancements and translate cross-functional needs into actionable development work. You will collaborate with R&D, engineering, data science, and program management to align changes with architectural standards and stakeholder expectations. You drive evidence-based requirements, testing support, and metrics to measure impact, shaping data-driven solutions within ORBIT. - Lead cross-functional requirements gathering across R&D to define ORBIT enhancements
- Translate business needs into testable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs
- Collaborate with ORBIT to design integration approaches aligned with standards
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and engineering, data science, QA, and program management
- Develop and maintain requirements documentation, data dictionaries, and traceability matrices
- Define success metrics and monitor post-implementation impact for continuous improvement
- Contribute to data-driven solutions and data management capabilities within ORBIT
- Support end-to-end testing, UAT, and change management activities
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to leadership and teams
- May supervise contractors and/or students, providing coaching and directionResponsabilidades
- 6–8 years in pharma/biotech R&D or commercial functions, or 3+ years with advanced degree
- Autonomy with moderate supervision
- Strong problem-solving and independent working capabilities
- Ability to build and manage timelines to meet cross-department needs
- Experience presenting analyses in cross-functional settings
- Ability to influence stakeholders and bridge business needs and technical implementation
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira/Confluence, and requirements management tools
