Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $90,000 – $150,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives. The role is part coach, part operator — building forecast accuracy, deal discipline, and a team that consistently hits quota.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5–10 Account Executives toward quota attainment
- Run weekly forecast calls, deal reviews, and 1:1s
- Coach AEs on discovery, deal strategy, and negotiation
- Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health for the team
- Hire, onboard, and develop new AEs
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success on go-to-market
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years managing AEs
- Track record of building or leading teams that hit quota consistently
- Strong forecast and pipeline management discipline
- Hands-on with Salesforce and modern sales tooling
- Coaching mindset and care for individual AE growth
- Comfort working across functions and with executive stakeholders
