Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven CRM Manager to serve as the tactical engine of our CRM platform, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO). In this role, you act as the Gatekeeper and Optimizer, translating the needs of revenue-generating departments including Sales, Marketing, Jobs, and Academy—into functional, automated workflows.
Responsibilities :
Workflow Engineering: Design, test, and deploy automated workflows such as task triggers, email alerts, and record routing.
System Governance: Manage user onboarding, define permission sets, and perform regular data cleansing to ensure the CRM remains the Source of Truth.
Technical Documentation : Maintain a comprehensive CRM Playbook to ensure all system logic and custom configurations are documented and transparent.
Revenue Intelligence : Analyze customer data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building automated Sales Plays for the team.
Collaboration : Partner with IT for high-level technical changes and API integrations while providing performance feedback to department hea
Requirements :
At least 5+ years in a tactical CRM Administrator or Operations role, specifically with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365.
A proven track record of building complex automations and managing technical debt.
The ability to take a manual departmental request and visualize the most efficient automated path for execution.
Interpersonal skills required to provide firm feedback to departments when processes are not followed, while remaining a helpful partner.
