brIdentify and attract new potential clients within their assigned area or sector.
brMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
brExplain the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company’s commercial offering.
brPrepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
brEnsure the client receives the product or service correctly and resolve any issues that may arise.
brGather information on trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
brMeet sales, margin, and growth objectives set by the company.
brEnsure that all terms of the contract are clearly defined and protect the interests of the company.
brCollaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
brMonitor segment specific trends and competitor developments, producing strategic reports and recommendations for leadership.
brRepresent the company at key industry events, trade fairs, and strategic customer meetings to strengthen visibility and influence.
brServe as the senior point of escalation for key clients, ensuring operational excellence, service continuity, and rapid issue resolution.

brSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE – REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:
br
brDemonstrated experience (3-5 Years) in Sales, ideally in pharmaceutical packaging (such as vials and their stoppers), showcasing a solid understanding of sales processes.
brFamiliarity with packaging materials, packaging suppliers, and packaging processes. This includes understanding packaging trends, regulations, and best practices.
brStrong investigative skills, with the ability to research new customers, trends, and market conditions.
brProficiency with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) for tracking data, preparing reports, and communicating with teams and experience with Navision ERP Salesforce.
brHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.
brEnthusiastic, motivated, and proactive attitude, with the drive to continually improve sales processes and contribute positively to the team.
brA background in Chemistry, Health Sciences or related fields is a must.
brLanguage skills: English, Italian/French is a must.
