 
        
        Social & Community Manager – OLIVER Agency
Location: Madrid, Spain (Office presence required at least 3 days per week)
About the role
The Social & Community Manager will manage social media strategy, community engagement, content creation and collaboration with design, data and paid media teams. They will work closely with a client to define audience growth, creative planning and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
 * Own definition and execution of the annual social media plan.
 * Manage brand content: schedule, create, and coordinate paid and earned media content.
 * Develop brand communication plans, including On‑Site content calendars, branded hubs and content hero campaigns.
 * Define KPIs and report on performance.
 * Identify innovation opportunities and potential influencers.
 * Collaborate with Digital Designers on video/stills production.
 * Provide ideas, concepts and actions for social media activation.
Qualifications & Experience
 * 3+ years of Community Management experience with a recognised B2C brand or agency.
 * Creative, organisational and content planning skills.
 * Experience with social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) and social management tools.
 * Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
 * Experience in working with content production agencies and influencers.
 * Fluency in English & Spanish.
 * Ability to travel and attend events.
 * Proactive, collaborative and eager to challenge the status quo.
