What are we looking for?

\n

We are looking for a

\n

Carapelli Global Brand Director with analytics skills and business vision to join our Global Business Development Team in our Global Headquarter (Madrid).

\n

Mission

\n

Lead and coordinate Carapelli’s global brand strategy, ensuring international consistency and local relevance. Drive the development of brand fundamentals and innovation projects, secure coherent communication across key markets, and collaborate closely with global and local marketing teams to build a strong innovation pipeline and integrated execution that supports brand growth.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

Leadership of the Brand Coalition of Carapelli, working together with the Global Brand Director and Brand Coalition Team Members.

\n

Support Bertolli marketing teams in the countries (not just Brand Coalition members).

\n

Development of Carapelli marketing mix (Brand Fundamentals development), especially:

\n

Support in the development of the brand's innovation projects.

\n

Lead the communication platform development.

\n

Manage and develop communication and media plans with responsibility in investment decisions.

\n

Establishment of synergies with the different countries through the instruments defined by Marketing Global Team.

\n

Take responsibility for the main KPIs of the different brand/market combinations and Bertolli as a whole.

\n

Continuous communication with the BUs.

\n

You will need

\n

Education

\n

University Education with Degree or equivalent qualification, post-graduate marketing qualification desirable.

\n

Experience

\n

Proven expertise and wide-ranging experience of Strategic Marketing (specifically communication & innovation ) at a senior level in a

\n

FMCG global organization .

\n

Strong business acumen and preferably marketing experience in global consumer brands.

\n

Experience functioning effectively in a senior-level environment, able to operate effectively with senior managers within the Company.

\n

High level of Consumer Marketing knowledge.

\n

Desirable: experience in multinational working with different countries, having manage a brand from a local and a integral perspective.

\n

Fluent in spoken and written English. Second/third European language an advantage.

\n

Competencies

\n

Proven ability to think strategically and able to translate global marketing vision and strategies into a compelling vision and story at local and BU level.

\n

Able to work with competing goals and resource priorities; able to build partnership and working collaboratively with others to meet common targets.

\n

Be 'Inspiring’ across diverse, multiple markets.

\n

Proven experience in managing 360 communication plans with specific focus on digital platforms.

\n

Demonstrate ability to Influence/ persuades others, great communication skills in using compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others.

\n

Cross cultural awareness and ability to work with very different cultures.

\n
