The role is committed, results-driven, and oriented towards profit and customer satisfaction, always ensuring the highest result achievement. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliAct as an industry expert, supporting both internal and external stakeholders with all technical inquiries. /liliHandle technical inquiry tickets via the OEM platform and achieve related KPIs. /liliTroubleshoot and identify claims in a professional manner. /liliConduct Homologation Studies and communicate with the OEM. /liliSupport the technical manager with the technical training plan and take initiatives to implement technical training to ensure customers fully understand product features and benefits, and to systematically increase market share. /liliAnalyze and improve performance regarding the latest regional regulations on warranty, service campaigns, etc. /liliActively contributes to maintenance price calculation, developing standards, processes, and procedures in the automotive aftersales business. This includes wholesale and retail procedures for PDI, quality inspections, insurance claims, warranty claims, spare parts ordering, CSI, and developing/delivering technical training programs. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pullibEducational Background /b: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering. /lilibExperience /b: 2-3 years of automobile technical support work experience with a proven track record in Spain. /lilibExpertise /b: /liliKnowledge of new energy and HV is advantageous. /liliKnowledge of Spain regional regulatory requirements on warranty, service packs, etc. /liliNative in Spanish and fluency in English is essential; other languages such as Portuguese would be advantageous. /li /ulpbLocation Travel /b /pulliThis position will be based in Spain, and intensive travelling would be required. /li /ul
