Tasks:
* Prepare and execute high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients
* Develop and refine recipes with a creative, innovative approach
* Work with fermentations, dry-aging, and house-made products
* Maintain high kitchen standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Collaborate with a passionate team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
* Follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality control guidelines
Requirements:
* Culinary experience (fine dining is a plus, Michelin-star background is even better)
* A strong work ethic and a passion for cooking
