Junior Responsible AI Analyst
at dsm-firmenich, you will support the establishment and operation of the RAI office that enables us to track, support, and (if needed) mitigate the delivery of AI solutions for the company. This role is an entry point into the Data and AI organization, providing hands-on experience working with business and technical teams to promote our Responsible AI agenda across platforms and tools. You’ll contribute to building our AI culture while developing core competencies in Data and AI, process knowledge, agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration.Your Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible AI Framework Familiarity:
Develop a strong understanding of dsm-firmenich’s Responsible AI (RAI) principles, tools, and governance processes to support ethical AI deployment.RAI Risk & Impact Assessment Support:
Assist in identifying, documenting, and tracking potential ethical, legal, and societal risks in AI use cases. Help translate these into actionable mitigation steps in collaboration with technical and business teams.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engage with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, product owners, and compliance leads—to gather input, share RAI insights, and ensure alignment with organizational values.RAI Office Operations:
