Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic Key Account Manager for our eCommerce team, managing brands such as Elizabeth Arden, CND, Christina Aguilera, and Juicy Couture. You will oversee the full eCommerce P&L across PanEU markets, lead sell-out strategies, drive business development, and build relationships with senior stakeholders and partners. If you are passionate about eCommerce sales and customer satisfaction, this role is ideal.
Major Duties:
* Develop and execute strategies to grow and meet targets for Elizabeth Arden and CND brands on PanEU.
* Monitor and improve eCommerce KPIs and digital shelf quality daily.
* Manage relationships with Amazon teams, including weekly meetings and strategy alignment.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize product selection and customer experience.
* Manage multiple P&Ls with internal stakeholders.
* Coordinate with customer service and operations for seamless execution.
* Drive Amazon advertising strategies in collaboration with marketing and advertising teams.
* Work in an agile environment using tools like Trello, Asana, and BI tools such as Vendor Central, AMS, Cobalt Jungle Scout, and Salsify.
Experience & Skills:
* Minimum 5 years in eCommerce as Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager.
* Strong communication skills.
* Background in Business, Sales, Finance, or Engineering preferred.
* Analytical and data-driven approach.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Fluent in English plus Spanish, German, or Italian.
