The Opportunity
You will develop and execute strategies for the professional service market, focusing on promoting service products through pricing, policy management, and cross-functional collaboration. Your role includes innovating service solutions and working with teams to meet business growth targets while maintaining compliance with Roche's standards.
1. Develop and refine the service business model to align with Roche's overall strategy and formulate market promotion strategies for professional services to expand in targeted markets.
2. Create market promotion plans for professional service products, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and policy development. Design and optimize spare parts pricing systems to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
3. Calculate service costs and develop maintenance contract types and pricing to ensure reasonable and compliant terms.
4. Understand market demands deeply and develop innovative service solutions, including new service models and products. Analyze competitors to identify differentiators and develop competitive advantages.
5. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and other departments to implement service strategies effectively.
6. Manage additional projects or tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Who you are
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years in management preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
* Effective communicator across various departments and levels.
* Skilled in providing customized service solutions through consultative selling.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
* Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
* Deep understanding of the medical diagnostics service market, including market analysis and strategic positioning.
* Knowledge of relevant products and technical applications to support customers technically.
