Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals, with headquarters located in Barcelona, Spain. The group has 8 subsidiaries around the world.

Your Role
* Support and assist in the accounting operations of subsidiaries, including account reconciliations during monthly and annual closings
* Support the accounting closing process of both headquarters and subsidiaries
* Supervise the treasury of subsidiaries
* Manage and control customers, suppliers, and expenses of subsidiaries
* Collaborate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
* Participate in the preparation of external audit processes
Your Skills
* At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
* Higher education in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus
* High level of English; French is a plus
* Strong teamwork, communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
