Key Account Management Team

Our Account Management team’s purpose is to keep our key accounts growing and delighted. As a Key Account Manager you will help us take care of our growing pipeline and bring delight to our clients. Working fast with a lot of ownership, you will tackle big problems alongside talented, committed, and passionate experts.


Responsibilities

* Handle a portfolio of companies up to 100 k€ ARR and a portfolio of around 50 accounts.
* Ensure client loyalty: build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders, display a customer‑centric approach to allow our clients to achieve their goals through Alan, quickly identify potential signals of dissatisfaction, identify and implement solutions to answer them.
* Build customer engagement: ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and new users, analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews, promote Alan partner in health positioning to generate massive adoption by the employees and the admins, turn our best customers into Alan ambassadors and generate purchase opportunities, identify and execute out‑of‑the‑box initiatives to engage customers.
* Cross‑sell / upsell portfolio based on opportunities detected through customer needs and pain points.
* Renegotiate contracts to guarantee great value for money to our customers and sustainable profitability.
* Drive change in product and services and act as the voice of their customers to Product and Operations teams.
* Support acquisition by promoting our Key Account Management programme to prospects and partnering with Sales teams.


Qualifications

* Proven track record (> 3 years of experience) in addressing companies with more than 30k€ ARR.
* Demonstrated exceptional performance, consistently exceeded targets and delivered outstanding results.
* Passionate about healthcare. Eager to deepen understanding of health insurance market dynamics, trends, and our products.
* Fluent in Spanish and advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
* Strong analytical skills: adept at creating data‑driven reports, extracting valuable insights from data, and structuring problems effectively.
* Highly organized: able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain exceptional follow‑up skills.
* Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, working autonomously, making informed decisions, and managing expectations.
* A skilled negotiator, consistently achieving favourable outcomes while building long‑term, trust‑based relationships with transparency and empathy.
* Great listening and problem‑solving skills: capable of understanding customer needs, identifying key stakeholders, and finding effective solutions.
* Based in (or willing to relocate to) Madrid or Barcelona.

Experience in Insurance/employee Benefits is a big plus.

We are aiming to hire within the B0‑C1 level range.
