Responsibilities
Keep projects on budget, within Siemens guidelines and customer satisfaction, and continually improve profitability.
Contract analysis and management:
Review, analyze, and verify supplier and customer contracts to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
Manage and standardize contract processes to ensure consistent and efficient contract administration across the business unit.
Business administration and financial advisory:
Provide expert advice to the Business Unit (BU) or Business Area (BA) Management on financial and business administration matters.
Support the implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards, and procedures within the GSW BU.
Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and industry best practices in all financial and business administration processes.
Financial planning, analysis, and control:
Conduct financial analysis, planning, and control activities to support the strategic goals of the GSW BU.
Consolidate and report on all financial operations, including Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting and Balance Sheet management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in a project‑based or software sales environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
Excellent understanding of financial and business administration policies, standards, and procedures.
Experience in projects as a CPM.
Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting consolidation (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
High level of English due to participation in European general topics.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the software industry, particularly with different business models related to software sales.
Knowledge of Siemens' financial systems and processes.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel).
