We are seeking to hire a Training Specialist who will be responsible for designing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating training plans aligned with the corporate strategy, fostering the development of key competencies and the continuous improvement of internal talent.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Identify training needs in collaboration with managers and area supervisors.
- Design training paths tailored to the needs of different business areas and job roles.
- Coordinate internal and external training activities (in-person, online, blended).
- Manage training platforms (LMS) and digital content.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Manage providers, budgets, and grants (e.g., FUNDAE or others).
- Prepare training reports and KPIs for senior management.
- Support cultural transformation, onboarding, and upskilling/reskilling projects.

Requisitos
We are hiring a professional who meets the following requirements:
- University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate training.
- Knowledge of learning methodologies (70-20-10, microlearning, etc.).
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, Meta4).
- Valuable: experience in digital content creation and authoring tools.
- High level of English (C1).
