Role Description
We are seeking a Process Consultant that drives impactful process improvement initiatives across the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role is responsible for standardizing, implementing, and optimizing critical processes to enhance efficiency and performance. By leveraging expertise in continuous improvement, the consultant ensures that solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous progress. The Internal Process & CI Consultant works closely with the Head of Process Consultancy, ensuring alignment with the global strategy and contributing to the broader objectives outlined in the 5YP and other strategic business initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
* Support and drive process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational excellence by simplifying processes, fostering innovation, improving efficiency and developing new ways of working.
* Conduct detailed analyses to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within existing processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Guarantee that changes are sustainable, effectively implemented, and their impact on performance is measurable.
* Serve as a consultant for the design and deployment of efficient operational processes, ensuring the creation of robust and scalable solutions that enhance operational performance across the organization.
* Play a key role in operational decision-making, ensuring that processes are designed to be replicable and adaptable across different regions and contexts.
* Provide support and ongoing assistance in developing customized operational solutions aligned with the Ops & IT development pipeline, streamlining processes, systems and tools to create a more efficient and effective work environment.
* Act as the link between local operations to facilitate cross-functional teamwork ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of standardize processes, best practices sharing and continuous improvement.
* Develop key performance indicators to assess the processes and service performance and the impact of process improvement initiatives, providing insights to stakeholders and supporting tools and systems to guarantee data is driven through valid and connected sources.
* Collaborate as part of the global Continuous Improvement team to execute, monitor, and refine the program.
* Support operations teams spanning from Malaysia to Costa Rica, based on defined priorities and in coordination with the line manager to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration across teams/regions.
Required
* Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodology (green belt certification or more).
* Demonstrated experience in process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
* Experience in the implementation of continuous improvement tools and techniques, such as Kaizen and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control).
* Ability to lead end-to-end process improvement projects effectively.
* Proficiency in using and developing within MS online tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI
* Proficient in spoken and written English
