The Opportunity
Worldline MTS provides end-to-end digital transactional services leveraging data and payments for enhanced customer engagement. We support our customers' digital transformation through innovative solutions and joint business cases. Within MTS, the OmniChannel Interaction (OI) team focuses on Customer Relations, developing and delivering tools to enhance customer interactions.
Role: Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
The SDM is responsible for service delivery within a defined scope, ensuring projects and services are delivered effectively and reliably, aligning with customer expectations, and managing customer relations to optimize internal processes. The role is strategic in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Client Relationships: Act as the main contact for clients regarding service delivery, manage project implementation with remote teams, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and improvements.
* Operational Supervision: Ensure services meet SLAs, supervise daily operations, monitor progress on deployment tickets, and resolve issues affecting service quality.
* Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with technical, operational, and commercial teams to translate client needs into actionable tasks and improve collaboration.
* Crisis Management: Identify critical issues promptly, coordinate corrective actions, communicate transparently, and implement feedback to refine services.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in project management, communication, resilience, negotiation, technical skills, client satisfaction, adaptability, problem-solving, empathy, leadership, data analysis, teamwork, and ITIL processes.
