Supervise polyurethane foam formulations across multiple production lines.Conduct on-site trials and oversee the deployment of new formulations in factories.Work closely with operational teams to optimize chemical processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations, including REACH and fire retardant standards.Provide technical support for production teams, assisting with troubleshooting and process improvement.Collaborate with the Global R&D team and manage key R&D projects related to polyurethane foam.Ensure compliance with environmental and quality certifications, such as C2C and BASTA.Maintain close interaction with suppliers and purchasing teams for raw materials, including MDI, polyols, surfactants, and fire retardants.Regular travel to production sites, approximately every two weeks, across France, Spain, and Germany.Your ProfileMaster’s degree in chemistry, materials science, or a related field.2 to 5 years of experience in the industry, preferably in chemical engineering or materials science.Ideally :
expertise in polyurethane chemistry, including formulations, processing, and application.Experience in industrial production environments.Fluent in English.
