Investment clients in Iberia, with potential growth across Europe. You set account strategy, drive proactive, value-driven partnerships, and oversee a high-performing team delivering design, due diligence, project monitoring, and CAPEX works management. You’ll nurture senior stakeholders, identify cross-sell opportunities, and ensure profitability and client satisfaction. This position blends leadership, international exposure, and a client-centric growth remit.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Own and drive the account strategy for major Property u0026 Investment clients - Act as the primary interface between Arcadis and senior client stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client experiences - Develop and implement structured account management plans to transition from reactive relationships to proactive partnerships - Identify and capitalize on opportunities for client growth, cross-selling, and up-selling across Arcadis services and sectors - Ensure profitability and retention of accounts through value delivery and commercial acumen - Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team delivering design, due diligence, project monitoring, and CAPEX works management - Mentor and develop team members to ensure high performance and client satisfaction - Ensure seamless integration and collaboration across Sales, Services, Commercial Operations, and Enabling Functions - Drive the delivery of the full value proposition of Arcadis to clients - Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at client and internal executive levels - Represent Arcadis at client meetings, industry events, and relevant forums - Initially focus on Spanish accounts with the intention to evaluate expansion of responsibilities across Europe - Travel as required to engage with clients and teams locally and internationallyResponsabilidades - Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in account management, client delivery, or business development within the Property u0026 Investment sector - Proven track record of leading teams and driving client growth, profitability, and retention - Experience delivering due diligence, project monitoring, and CAPEX works management services is highly desirable - Strong commercial acumen and executive presence - Fluent in English;
