Are you passionate about turning data into impactful commercial strategies? We're looking for a Commercial Performance Activation Specialist to join our dynamic Commercial BI team in the air travel industry.
You will analyze commercial performance and utilize insights from our analysts to recommend tactical actions that improve results.
You will own the commercial actions / levers process, integrating inputs from Revenue Management, Network, Insights, and Marketing to drive segmented promotions and online commercial actions. You will also have exposure to senior leadership and can significantly impact our business.
You will support the Commercial Insights team by :
* Leading the tactical actions process
* Suggesting marketing campaigns and actions
* Proposing digital (ecommerce / email) strategies to boost traffic and conversion rates on targeted routes
* Analyzing results and presenting findings in weekly discussions
* Adopting a test / trial / implementation mindset
* Recommending new technologies and tools to enhance segmentation, accuracy, and conversion
* Serving as the link between commercial actions and our performance marketing team
What are we looking for?
A degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or related digital fields.
At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in commercial analysis or consulting.
At least 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, or CRO roles.
